ne mentre io giocavo con le mie ami

il pranzo allaperto dove mangiavamo i

tortellini Mio padre studiava nuove ri

cette e dopo diversi assaggi iniziava

la produzione vera e propria È con lo

stesso spirito di condivisione che an

cora oggi mio padre immagina nuove

ricette che diventano i nostri tortellini

sulla nostra tavola ma su quelle di tut

to il mondo il sapore dellautenticità e

delle cose fatte per bene

member my childhood summers in the

large courtyard of our very f irst factory

nestled in a small village near Verona

My parents were busy working tasting

and overseeing the production line whi

le I played with my friends We would set

up a big outdoor table for lunch where

wed enjoy tortellini together My father

was always experimenting with new reci

pes and after several tastings fullsca

le production would begin Today with

that same spirit of sharing my father still

dreams up new recipes that become our

tortellini tortelloni ravioli Bringing not

only to our own table but to tables all

over the world the f lavour of authenticity

and of things made with care
